Katie Caldwell is a Nashville native, born and raised in the Green Hills area. She helps with office management and agent support at Tarkington and Harwell. After earning a degree in Anthropology from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga, Katie worked in restaurant operations before transitioning to a more interpersonal culinary career as a personal chef.

Her passion for people, operations, and hospitality led her to join the team at Tarkington and Harwell as Office Manager. When she's not working, you'll find her baking sweet treats, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with her family!
