Diane joined Tarkington & Harwell in January 2025, partnering with her longtime colleague and friend, Janet Jones. A dedicated real estate professional and Broker for over 20 years, she built her career at Worth Properties, LLC, where she served as Assistant Managing Broker. In this leadership role, she sharpened her expertise in real estate operations, strategic problem-solving, and creating seamless client experiences.
Having worked alongside Janet for nearly two decades, Diane has developed a deep understanding of the industry, earning a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and trusted relationships. Her passion for helping others is rooted in her previous career as a Registered Nurse, where attention to detail, empathy, and a commitment to going the extra mile defined her work. She carries that same dedication into real estate, ensuring every client feels supported, informed, and confident throughout the process.
